Krista Schneider

Krista works with clients to understand their unique needs, develop a plan for their specific situation, and guide them through each step of the process. She helps clients feel comfortable with an often complicated and overwhelming process. Krista has over ten years of experience in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship/conservatorships, and family law.
She has gained an insightful and innovative approach to representing clients through her time at a Minneapolis area law firm and while serving as a judicial law clerk in Hennepin County Probate Court and Family Court. Krista is an alumna of the William Michell College of Law (now called Mitchell Hamline School of Law) graduating with a Juris Doctor. She is also an alumna of the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, graduating summa cum laude.

Krista is committed to giving back to her community through active volunteer service. She donates her time and expertise in the following roles:
Wills for Heroes Program, Volunteer Attorney – providing free estate planning services to Minnesota’s First Responders.
Special Olympics Minnesota, Volunteer – supporting inclusive sports and events for individuals with disabilities.
School PTO, Board Member – working to enhance educational opportunities and build community within the school.
